The solution
- We helped our client to build a common ground and discuss the sustainability ambitions in a board-level workshop series
- Next, we guided our client through an as-is assessment and an impact analysis to identify the real drivers and levers
- Based on these information, we brought the dialogue into the company of what its deeper mission is and how to communicate their vision to the outside
- Once having the understanding aligned of what to do and why, we supported our client in the creation of a structured roadmap as well as the first transformation steps
