“Disruption is the new normal in most industries, with a gulf emerging between a few highly adaptive, tech-enhanced and human-centred businesses and a long tail of struggling organisations trying to maintain last-century models and cultures.”
Fionnuala joined Analysys Mason in 2025 as a Principal in our Transformation practice. She is an expert on catalysing change in complex, high-pressure and tech-entangled environments. Fionnuala helps industry leaders get a clear understanding of their top team and organisational strengths, how these fit with strategic ambitions and what they need to do to align and energise their operations to get outstanding results.
Fionnuala takes a minimalist approach to transformation, asking: how can we get the greatest business impact with the least disruption to effective operations? Together with her colleagues on the Transformation team, she sees her role as catalysing client capability, ensuring that her work delivers long-term benefits to the organisations she works with. All her approaches are deeply evidence-based, drawing on proprietary research and her extensive business experience, and are tightly tailored to unique organisational and sector needs.
Fionnuala brings international, cross-industry and profit and loss (P&L) operating experience to her consulting. As well as leading innovation units within global consultancies, she has been a successful tech entrepreneur and spent half a decade building commercial alliances in warzones and post-conflict environments. She speaks five languages and has lived and worked in seven countries on four continents.
Outside work, Fionnuala manages a rambling household of children and dogs, and is co-authoring a book on how women can succeed in tech, and mentoring entrepreneurs from atypical backgrounds.
