James Kirby is a member of the Networks and Cloud research team based in Analysys Mason's London office. He manages the Wireless Technologies programme and leads research across key topic areas such as RAN, Open RAN/vRAN, 5G/4G/3G, core networks, 5G standalone (SA), spectrum and antenna technology.
James holds a BSc (Hons) in Business with Economics and has experience researching across a range of industries including telecoms, IT, AV, enterprise technology, media and consumer electronics. Throughout his career in research and consulting, James has delivered on a wide range of projects, supporting clients with strategic transformation, new product introduction, market investigation and financial and M&A activity.
