Lei is a member of the consulting team in Analysys Mason's Stockholm office. He has extensive experience in leading mobile network procurement, spectrum valuation, market analysis and technology strategy projects. Recent engagements include directing 5G network procurement processes for mobile operators and neutral hosts, leading technical due diligence on mobile operators and on telecoms service and equipment vendors, and developing 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) strategy for industrial and service companies.
Prior to joining Analysys Mason, Lei was Senior Manager and Head of Technology at Northstream. Lei holds a PhD degree in Telecommunications from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden and worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Orange Lab in Paris and the Ericsson Eurolab in Aachen.
