Ludwig is a Managing Partner in Analysys Mason’s Munich office. His primary area of focus is transaction services in IT services and technology, but he lends his expertise to a wide variety of project types.
Ludwig is a natural entrepreneur: he set up his first tech company at the age of 18, and has never looked back. He began by building up his own companies, covering clean tech and energy, and then software and IT services. He now offers his insight, energy and experience to other companies operating in software, IT and technology industries as well as the energy sector.
He joined Analysys Mason in 2024 as part of the acquisition of Telescope Advisory Partners, a boutique consultancy set up by Ludwig to offer expert consultancy support for transactions in the small- and mid-cap private-equity market.
In addition to transaction advisory services, Ludwig is especially energised by the vital process of value creation following a deal, helping to accelerate performance and ensure clients realise each transaction’s potential to drive change and growth.
Ludwig’s life outside work is very much focused on family, ideally involving good food and great wine.
