Luke is based in the London office and is the lead analyst for the Satellite Broadband programme. He has several years’ experience analysing satellite communications (satcom) markets and technologies, including mobile backhaul, 5G NTN and military satcom. He has a first-class BA in economics and management from the University of Oxford, where he focused on industrial and quantitative economics.
