Rahul is a Manager at Analysys Mason's New Delhi office. He specialises in commercial and technical due diligence, business transformation and analytics. He also has extensive experience in internet businesses, digital media, software as a service (SaaS) and logistics.
Over the last four to five years, he has led more than forty due diligence engagements for leading funds like Goldman Sachs, General Atlantic, Blackstone, Apax, CDC, Carlyle and Softbank amongst others. He has over seven years’ experience in strategy consulting, advising global/large Indian players such as Hero Motors, Dailyhunt, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Bigbasket and OYO, to name but a few, on strategic aspects like market entry planning, growth strategy and execution support.
Prior to joining Analysys Mason, Rahul worked at Alvarez & Marsal and Praxis Global Alliance, where he assisted several international and domestic corporate houses, leading private equity funds and public-sector entities with various strategic, operational and investment-related matters.
Rahul holds a Bachelor of Technology in Energy Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
