Shahan is based in the London office, and has experience in strategy, transaction, and policy work. He has supported a variety of clients in the TMT space, including mobile and fixed operators, financial investors, infrastructure providers, regulators, and internet companies.
Shahan has an academic background in economics, business, and liberal arts, and is a graduate of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the London School of Economics (LSE).
