Operators are increasingly positioning themselves as brokers of digital content in order to enhance their relevance with customers. They must make choices regarding the mix of services covered, target market and pricing. Operators that have been taking this approach for some time have seen positive changes to relevant KPIs such as subscriber net additions and ARPU.
Content aggregators should not fail to develop clear value propositions because the aim of aggregation is to bring more clarity to the world of multiple content subscriptions.
