Many of the most transformative use cases will be within customer engagement segment, where customers will directly see the benefits of GenAI. However, selecting an unsuitable development scenario for GenAI applications may risk expensive failure for CSPs.
This article outlines the main use cases for GenAI in the customer engagement segment, and assesses three development scenarios that CSPs will need to understand before they deploy the technology.
