"Orange Business plans to make full use of its European roots and sees sovereignty and trust as monetisable differentiators."

Analysys Mason attended Orange Insights 2025 in Paris, France in July 2025. Orange Business discussed its progress and plans across its portfolio of connectivity, cloud and cyber-security solutions. For example, it reported that 2024 was a landmark year; revenue from categories of service offerings such as ‘Cyber’, ‘Digital’ and ‘NextGen Telco’ exceeded that from traditional telecoms operator activities for the first time. Orange Business also spoke about plans to grow the number of customers and partners for its Evolution Platform and to use its European roots as a differentiator in the cloud and cyber-security markets.

Orange Business will be well placed to capitalise on the uncertainty created by the current geopolitical environment if it continues to:

  • invest in its proprietary platforms
  • highlight the trust and sovereignty aspects that it can provide to businesses by being European
  • form partnerships with US and Asian vendors to support their propositions in European markets.
