Starlink achieved regulatory approval in over 100 countries at an extraordinary pace; it acquired 4.6 million subscribers (more than 95% of which use Starlink’s services for consumer broadband applications) between January 2021 and December 2024. However, growth in the number of subscribers is now stabilising at around 5% month-on-month.
