Franck Chevalier

Franck Chevalier is a Manager at Analysys Mason, and is responsible for the Broadband Sector and Francophone markets in the Operations group.

Franck’s experience includes providing specialist strategic and technical advice to operators and governments. His wide-ranging technical expertise includes broadband (LLU/FTTC/FTTH) and wireless (2G/3G/WIMAX) networks, and transport networks. He also has extensive knowledge of procurement strategies, business case development and due diligence processes.  Franck is a regular speaker at international conferences on the subjects of broadband, backhaul and converged networks.

He joined Analysys Mason in 2003, prior to which he was the design authority for a number of multi-million-pound optical networks in the UK, France, the Middle East and Africa, while working for Nortel Networks.

He graduated from Strathclyde in October 2000 with a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, focusing on ultra-fast routing schemes for all-optical networks.
