Masood has over 10 years’ experience in developing both market and operational strategies across a wide range of telecommunications businesses, including: MVNOs, fixed/mobile operators, tower companies and utility telecoms providers. Masood specialises in developing high impact market/customer research, designing propositions, and building differentiating market entry and growth strategies. Masood also works with telecoms providers to ensure strategies are executed by offering expert workshop facilitation, operational benchmarking, operational planning, and designing KPIs/balanced scorecards. Masood combines his strategic and operational expertise, which has been delivered across Europe, Africa and Asia with exceptionally strong project management skills. Masood graduated with first class honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and also holds an MBA.
