A FTSE100 company wanted to recraft and implement a new corporate vision, with a comprehensive redesign of its enterprise operating model
A leading FTSE100 global consumer products company set out to refresh its strategic operations and redefine its enterprise operating model (EOM) to support a new vision focused on consumer intimacy and sustainable growth. This required a complete redesign of the company’s end-to-end services across people, processes, data and technology, along with the modernisation of its core platforms including BlueYonder, Salesforce, ServiceNow, S4/HANA and Workday.
