Oli is the Managing Partner overseeing Analysys Mason’s global Transformation Practice. Based in our London office, his main expertise and focus is in helping clients shape and deliver their most complex business and technology programmes.
Oli’s career began as a Design Engineer working across Toyota’s new vehicle production lines. There he led teams in Japan and the UK, helping them to strike a balance between commercial agility and operational rigour.
More than two decades later, Oli’s experience spans multiple technology-intensive sectors, from telecoms to technology, and consumer products to pharmaceuticals, through to private equity, financial services and infrastructure. He has held in-house leadership roles as well as providing expert client-side advisory services. His expertise varies from partnering with clients to redesign their operating model and better serve their customers, shaping transformation programmes to deliver top- and bottom-line benefits, and generating post-merger/acquisition synergies.
Oli is also a mentor for the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Tour, supporting professional players and helping them use their talents such as discipline, excellence and commitment in their post-playing careers.
Outside of his professional life, Oli lives in London with his wife, two daughters and Ozzy (their black Labrador), who all certainly keep him on his toes. Being an Arsenal supporter, his sporting success usually comes from the tennis court, rather than the football pitch.
