During the past five years, Analysys Mason has undertaken more than 100 budget and business plan reviews of mobile, fixed and cable integrated operators. Our work includes extensive and thorough commercial and technical reviews of target operators, and benchmarks of operational performance.

Our work ranges from review of costs, to specific CoGS, opex and capex initiatives, and has led to about EUR1.5 billion of savings – almost half of which were recurrent annual savings.

We have also conducted implementation and optimisation work for private and public end users, which resulted in more than EUR60 million annual savings in telecoms costs.
