This report analyses the telecoms services buying behaviour of large businesses (250–999 employees). It is based on a survey conducted between December 2024 and January 2025 of 305 businesses in Germany, Singapore, the UK and the USA.
This report focuses on findings from the questions that we asked large businesses about their use of multiple suppliers, factors influencing supplier choice, as well as the importance of online channels and information compared to face-to-face engagement.
