Telecoms operators are increasingly using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance their operations and service offerings. Data from our tracker reveals that a significant portion of telecoms operators’ publicly announced projects are AI-related. Over 750 projects have been announced since 2018, worldwide, and one in five are related to AI implementation in the network domain.
