Harmeet is a Principal in our London office and works with a wide range of investors and operators across Europe, Africa and North America. Harmeet’s work spans the full transaction lifecycle and has included opportunity scouting, commercial and technical due diligence, value creation and exit planning.
Harmeet’s primary focus is on the technology services sector, with particular expertise in IT and cloud services, software, cyber security, IoT and the data-centre supply chain. He also has extensive operational experience gained from his time working in BT’s Competition Strategy Team, and at Vodafone focusing primarily on its African operations.
Harmeet enjoys supporting investors understand and anticipate micro-trends in technology, and how developments affect their investment thesis and existing portfolio. He recently led Analysys Mason’s work in supporting a cyber-security reseller and data-centre services provider successfully raise investment.
Outside work, Harmeet is a keen (but very average) cricketer having played over 250 club cricket matches. He enjoys spending his summers watching the England test cricket team playing across the country, and is looking forward to taking his daughter along to watch when she’s older.
Harmeet is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from University College London.
