Hugues-Antoine is a Principal in the Consulting team at Analysys Mason. He supports clients in developing their growth strategy, helping to identify new revenue opportunities, enhance customer targeting with advanced segmentation techniques and refine their value proposition and go-to-market approach. His work is grounded in rigorous analytical methodologies, including primary research, market sizing, business case modelling, cluster analysis and international benchmarking.
He has extensive experience advising telecoms operators and vendors on emerging growth areas and technologies in the technology, media and telecoms (TMT) industry, including the Internet of Things (IoT), 5G, cloud and artificial intelligence (AI). More recently, he has developed a keen interest in the growing importance of sustainability within the sector, building on his expertise in carbon quantification to help clients align their digital infrastructure deployment plans with environmental priorities.
He rejoined Analysys Mason from Bureau Veritas Singapore, where he contributed to the preparation of the 5-year strategic plan for the South East Asia & Pacific regional business unit, and to the launch of key growth initiatives in several countries.
Hugues-Antoine has always been an enthusiastic traveller and loves to explore the idiosyncrasies of different cities and cultures. He has applied this in his professional life with stints working in Analysys Mason’s Singapore and Paris offices, contributing to a range of regulatory and commercial due diligence projects for clients around the world.
Hugues-Antoine holds a Master in Strategy & Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School (France), a Master of Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Nantes (France) and an MSc in Offshore and Ocean Technology from Cranfield University (UK).
