Oliver is a Principal and has been at Analysys Mason for over six years. In that time he has built up expertise across transaction support, fibre deployment strategy and business planning. Oliver has managed multiple commercial and technical due diligences of fixed and wireless operators across Europe on behalf of financial institutions, as well as operators. Oliver is also an expert in rural broadband, having worked on assessing rural broadband procurements, evaluating rural broadband subsidy schemes and carrying out assessments on how future possible intervention schemes could be defined. In addition, he has also managed a number of projects direct for telecoms operators, focused on business strategy, deployment strategy and securing public subsidies.
Oliver holds an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Manchester, UK.
