Home Wi-Fi service guarantees offer benefits, but must be carefully designed

A considerable number of operators now offer home Wi-Fi performance guarantees, often in conjunction with the sale of mesh Wi-Fi hardware. However, the best approach to providing these guarantees is unclear. This comment analyses the different strategies that operators are implementing, and assesses the optimal approach for offering home Wi-Fi performance guarantees.
