This report uses consumer survey data to analyse trends related to 5G mobile services among smartphone users in a range of high- and middle-income countries. It explores consumers’ satisfaction with 5G, intention to churn and take-up by age and country.

Topics analysed in this report

  • 5G adoption by country and age group
  • Spend on mobile services
  • Handset manufacturers' market shares
  • Net Promoter Scores and intention to churn
  • Interest in and willingness to pay for new, 5G-enabled services
