This report provides key findings from our survey of businesses in Germany. It covers fixed, mobile and IT services and includes information about current and planned usage, supplier preferences and spending priorities. It also provides customer satisfaction ratings at an operator level. It considers how responses vary by size of business and industry vertical.

The survey was conducted between December 2024 and January 2025 and included 280 businesses in Germany with 0–999 employees.
