Many customers already have unlimited mobile data plans and sufficient fixed broadband speeds. What can an operator sell to the consumer who already has all that they need?

- telecoms is no longer about network technologies
- most customers in high-income countries have (or soon will have) the mobile and fixed services that satisfy their needs
- operators have mutiple ways to address this issue, from the 'Digi model' of low prices to a more complete offering of services
