Tony Lavender is responsible for the commercial development of Analysys Mason's research business. Tony has previously run the Analysys Research division, worked on a number of research and consulting market studies and led activity with major clients. His expertise areas are industry strategy, technology strategy and regulation. Prior to joining Analysys Research in 2007, Tony worked at Ovum, where he was a member of the company's senior management team. He worked on a variety of research and consulting assignments for a wide variety of telecoms and enterprise customers. Prior to joining Ovum, Tony was at Oftel working on technology and competition issues. He began his career at BT, where he worked for 18 years in a variety of technical, commercial, regulatory and strategic roles. Tony has a degree in electrical and electronic engineering from London University.
