His clients include operators, vendors, governments, regulators and financial institutions in more than 30 countries, mainly across Africa, Asia and Europe.
Samer has detailed knowledge of the mobile, fixed broadband and satellite sectors. He is highly skilled in spectrum valuation and auction strategy, business planning and business modelling, technology assessment, market and commercial due diligence, service costing and litigation support.
