Stéphane Piot is a Partner at our Paris office and has been working in the telecoms and media sector over more than 12 years. Since then, Stéphane has led and managed projects across a broad range of areas, including strategic assessments and business planning, regulatory projects, due diligence assignments and pricing.
Examples of Stéphane's work in these areas include: definition of a broadband development plan; NGA business case assessments; litigation support; development of fixed and mobile cost models; margin squeeze assessment; spectrum award support for 3G and 4G licenses; Support on net neutrality issues; Review and implementation of the European Regulatory Framework; assistance on market reviews process ; management of the regulatory department of a telecoms operator; fixed and mobile cost modeling projects; due diligence projects of fixed and mobile operators; review and definition of tariff plans.
Stéphane holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne (France), an M.Sc. in Telecommunications from University College, London (UK), and a French Mastère Degree in Management of New Technologies from the Economic and Business School, HEC (France).
