Adaora leads Analysys Mason’s AI and Data Platforms research programme. Her research focuses on service providers' adoption and use of data management, artificial intelligence, analytics and development tools to support the digital transformation of network, customer and other business operations. Adaora tracks vendor strategies for the telecoms industry to understand how they are evolving their product portfolios to include data, AI and development capabilities. She also provides key industry insights to operators and vendors on strategies for adopting these technologies.
Prior to joining Analysys Mason, Adaora worked at Omdia (formerly Ovum) as a Principal Analyst within its Service Provider Operations and IT practice. Her areas of expertise cover big data analytics, artificial intelligence and automation and the application of these technologies to improve service providers’ operations and to achieve business priorities including improving customer experience and operational efficiency. Adaora also worked as an RF Planning and Optimisation Engineer for Motorola Inc. in Nigeria, providing network optimisation services to service providers. She has over 12 years’ experience working in telecoms and IT.
Adaora holds a BEng in Electronic Engineering from University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN Nigeria) and an MSc in Communications and Signal Processing from Imperial College London.
