Alexander is a Manager based in Analysys Mason’s Bonn office, who has over a decade of experience in consulting and project management. His professional experience encompasses telecoms consulting for both the private and public sectors, as well as financial consulting for major corporations. He gained additional experience while working as an internal project manager at a business-to-business telecoms company.
Alexander is recognised for his excellent communication skills. His methodical approach allows him to tackle and resolve complex issues in a manner that is appropriate for his target audience. His extensive consulting experience, coupled with his training as a systemic coach, enables him to quickly adapt his viewpoint to meet client needs.
Before joining Analysys Mason, Alexander worked on projects focusing on topics such as churn management, standardisation and automation of activities and processes, optimisation of controlling tools and reporting, broadband consulting and sales cost allocation.
