Bruno advises clients on strategy, policy and regulation issues in technology, communications and logistics. He is an economist with over 20 years of research and advisory experience in the network and technology sectors.
Over his career, Bruno has provided strategic support to operators, industry groups and national regulators worldwide, as well as European institutions and UN agencies. He has a track record as economic expert in litigation, including preparing expert reports and giving evidence under cross-examination before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal.
Bruno is a regular speaker at industry and regulatory conferences. He holds a PhD in Economics (Imperial College), an MSc in Science and Technology Policy (University of Sussex) and is a graduate of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Pisa. Prior to his consulting career, Bruno performed academic research and served within the UK regulator Ofcom’s chief economist team.
