Carmen has over eight years’ experience as a consultant in the TMT industry and works as a Manager from Analysys Mason’s Madrid and Milan offices.
Carmen has extensive experience across many of the areas in which Analysys Mason works. Since joining the company she has advised clients in Europe and Latin America, and is very familiar with the stakeholders. Carmen has been involved in regulatory projects in Mexico and other Latin American countries. She has also worked on a range of transaction support assignments in Europe (e.g. Spain, Italy, France, UK, Poland) and Latin America (e.g. Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Dominican Republic) for financial institutions, operators and towercos, covering a wide range of assets such as mobile towers, data centres and submarine cables. Carmen’s experience also includes working with telecoms operators on strategic assignments in Europe and Latin America.
Carmen holds an M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering (Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, Spain).
