Much of Daniel’s work involves designing and improving workflows and business processes, then documenting them clearly as he supports the teams who take them on once a project ends. He values consultancy that pairs rigorous analysis with practical, hands-on delivery, and he takes particular pride in leaving clients with tools and processes they can confidently run for themselves.
Daniel holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and works fluently in both English and German.
