Dev Chakravarty is a consultant based in Analysys Mason's India office. He is involved in all research related to the adoption of ICT by small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). He also has experience in analysing large enterprises' adoption of ICT. Dev has been involved in numerous assignments including country retainership and syndicated reports on SMB ICT adoption and managed service provider (MSP) research, as well as multiple custom studies in the ICT sector on behalf of clients. Dev also works closely with colleagues in other Analysys Mason offices and has assisted with global projects, including several in the telecoms sector. Prior to joining AMI-Partners (an Analysys Mason company), Dev was a Senior Research Executive for Business Horizons, a management consulting and market research organisation focusing on B2B research. Dev has a master's degree in business administration specialising in marketing management, and a bachelor's degree in science with honours in physics.
