He draws on experience across multiple sectors, bringing a broad perspective that is particularly valuable as traditional sector boundaries continue to blur and digitalisation drives healthy disruptions to established industries and ways of working.
Ivan started his career in consumer goods and retail, working for AB InBev and dunnhumby. He then joined the consulting industry and over time became industry agnostic, helping clients achieve profitable growth across a range of industries, and working with large corporates and smaller private-equity-backed businesses.
He is passionate about helping businesses develop sustainable commercial solutions, challenging short-term thinking and bringing the perspectives of customers, employees and the wider community into decision-making.

He holds an MSc in European Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol.
