Jan Greulich is a Managing Partner in our Transformation practice and co-leads the team in the DACH region. He helps clients to maximise value and create tangible outcomes from complex large-scale business and technology transformations.
Since joining a German-based technology consultancy in 2008, Jan has supported clients in transforming their business and technology strategies to drive real and lasting value. He is an expert in developing target business models, target operating models and business cases. He also has considerable experience of cost and revenue optimisation and transformation programmes, along with programme and contract assurance, strategic sourcing and vendor selection. He has worked with customers in multiple industries across Europe, and brings strong cross-industry experience to every engagement.
Jan grew up near Berlin and graduated with a Diploma in Business Economics from the University of Greifswald. In his free time, he enjoys experimenting with new technologies and riding on his bike or motorcycle. He also loves relaxing with his wife and daughter while having a barbecue on his terrace.
