Most people think of the internet as something intangible. In reality, every email, video stream and AI query runs on very physical infrastructure somewhere – a data centre, a fibre line, a tower. I get to help the people building that world, and it never stops being fun.
Miltos is a Partner based in London. He specialises in M&A and strategy across telecoms, digital infrastructure and technology-enabled sectors. He has been advising operators, investors and governments across five continents for more than a decade.
He particularly enjoys projects at the messier end of the market – the ones that involve arguing over an MSA at 11pm or explaining to a client why an Excel model needs 60 tabs. Recent highlights include advising on Africa’s largest-ever digital infrastructure transaction, helping design the first towerco carve-out in Canada and advising a Middle Eastern telecoms operator on its 5-year corporate business plan.
Miltos holds a BSc honours degree (First Class) in management science and technology from Athens University of Economics and Business, and an MSc in management from London Business School.
Outside work, Miltos loves sharing memorable moments with people – a hike up Mount Olympus, a gig, a basketball game or hunting for the perfect gift for his three godchildren.
