Nathan is a Senior Manager in the Transformation and Value Creation practice at Analysys Mason. Since joining the company in 2018, he has gained considerable experience across transaction support, corporate strategy, value creation and large-scale transformation. Nathan supports clients across the full transact-to-transform lifecycle – from separation and due diligence through to integration, performance improvement and value realisation.
He focuses on the technology, media and telecoms (TMT) sector, with particular expertise in digital infrastructure businesses such as towercos, fibrecos and data centres. Nathan has advised both private-equity and infrastructure fund investors and enterprises on maximising value. His expertise has helped sellers to separate businesses and realise competitive exit multiples, and buyers embed value levers that deliver sustainable returns.
In his transformation work, Nathan combines strategic insight with operational rigour and pragmatism, all with an investor lens. He leads programmes to identify value-creation opportunities, defines clear roadmaps for change and supports implementation to ensure impact is delivered.
Outside of work, Nathan is an extreme sports enthusiast: in another life, he might have been a professional wakeboarder. He looks to nature for a counter-balance to the intensity of his professional work, whether running new trails or taking long countryside walks with his dog, Daphne.
