Naura Kerrouche is the Customer Relationship Manager for Analysys Mason. Her primary role is to support Analysys Mason clients and ensure that they benefit from the best possible experience when accessing services within the research division.
Naura has many years’ experience in telecoms and ICT sectors and has been instrumental in the growth of existing businesses for tier 1 market intelligence companies.
In addition to experience gained during her time at Ovum, Naura has also worked for Gartner as the Client Care Specialist, where she mainly educated European clients on Gartner tools.
Naura has a degree in Law and a diploma in Advanced Information Technology at South Bank University in London.
