Patrick is a Partner in our Munich office and has 25 years of industry experience, including 6 years with an international telecoms player. He has led a range of transactions in the European space covering both commercial and technical due diligence. Since 2007, he has contributed to the development of fibre-to-the-home networks in multiple markets, advising clients on both transactions and transformation programmes.
He specialises in telecoms transactions and strategy, helping operators, investors and infrastructure providers develop and implement growth and transformation strategies. His experience spans network and business strategy, including retail and wholesale separation, tower carve-outs, fibre joint ventures, strategic co-operation models and organisational transformation programmes.
In recent years, Patrick has focused on the development and consolidation of fibre markets across the DACH region and Europe. He has supported numerous buy-side and sell-side commercial and technical due diligence engagements, synergy assessments, fibreco strategy reviews, transformation programmes and functional acceleration initiatives, giving him a deep understanding of fibre market dynamics and investment opportunities.
He has extensive international experience, having delivered telecoms and fibre projects across the DACH region, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
Patrick enjoys an active lifestyle and has a keen interest in sport, particularly endurance and outdoor activities. He recently started training for half-marathons and is keen to continue developing his long-distance running.
