Paul is a Director within Analysys Mason and specialises in helping clients with complex transformation challenges. With more than 20 years’ experience in the telecoms, media and technology sector, Paul is able to support clients across a range of challenges, including programme set-up, assurance and delivery, operating model development, vendor strategy, selection and management as well as portfolio strategy and rationalisation.

Prior to joining Analysys Mason, Paul held a variety of senior product and commercial roles within the UK telecoms market with responsibility for significant change programmes, commercial performance, business integration and strategic supplier relationships.
