Thomas is a Manager at Analysys Mason with more than 10 years of experience in business and IT transformation, process design and optimisation, and steering models. Working with clients across utilities and other industries, he translates complex business and technical requirements into structured delivery plans and scalable solutions.
His work combines analytical precision with a strong focus on ownership and stakeholder alignment. Recent project experience includes the design and implementation of steering and simulation models for leading energy providers, the implementation of product platforms in co-ordination with billing systems, and AI-driven approaches to optimising customer service.
He has also led and supported complex infrastructure and migration programmes for banking and cloud infrastructure clients.
After earning his degree in Economics from the University of Bonn, he completed his Ph.D. in Econometrics at the Bonn Graduate School of Economics.
When his family is not keeping him busy in his free time, he enthusiastically plays the clarinet and soprano saxophone in various ensembles, enjoys taking city trips, and spends time in nature in the Sauerland region of Germany.
