Analysys Mason expands into new sectors and appoints senior leadership team

LONDON, UK

Analysys Mason has achieved record-breaking revenue growth in its financial year ending February 2026, growing at 17% to reach GBP76 million. The firm delivered more than 600 projects to businesses, investors and governments worldwide, increased its headcount to 430, promoted 125 consultants and analysts, and strengthened its leadership team through internal appointments and senior hires in France, Germany, Sweden and the UK.

This growth is being driven by the commitment and expertise of its people, by its strong client retention and by an expanding client base, supported by new offerings – including the launch of Analysys Mason’s Transformation Practice.

Under the leadership of Mark Billige, who was announced as CEO in November 2025, the company is embarking on a plan to grow its business substantially over the next 10 years. The following pillars of growth will be built on Analysys Mason’s foundations in the telecoms industry:

  • evolving the firm’s propositions to provide clients with end-to-end support for emerging tech-enabled transformations and AI, from strategy through transactions to transformation
  • expanding into tech-intensive sectors (including digital infrastructure, software, IT services, industrial and applied technology, defence, manufacturing and logistics)
  • strengthening the link between the firm’s Consulting and Research offerings
  • expanding geographically
  • embedding AI and data at the core of the firm’s operations.

Analysys Mason has appointed a new leadership team that will guide the firm through its next phase of growth and drive the implementation of the strategy:

  • Fredrik Lind – Managing Partner, Head of Europe and Strategy Practice
  • Alessandro Ravagnolo – Managing Partner, Co-Head of Transaction Practice
  • Ludwig Preller – Managing Partner, Co-Head of Transaction Practice
  • Oli Barnett – Managing Partner, Head of Transformation Practice
  • Fiona Glennon – Managing Partner, Head of Research
  • David Abecassis – Managing Partner, Head of Corporate Development
  • Rohan Dhamija – Managing Partner, Head of Asia & Middle East.

In 2025, Analysys Mason was recognised in the Financial Times UK’s Leading Management Consultants rankings and Forbes World’s Best Management Consulting Firms.

Mark Billige, CEO, said: “We enter the new financial year with strong momentum and a clear plan to accelerate growth. By sharpening our identity as specialists in technology-intensive industries, expanding into new sectors, investing in AI and scaling globally, we are well placed to support clients’ highest stakes decisions.”
