Operators that retain integrated IT divisions have the best prospects for long-term business revenue growth

Many telecoms operators are continuing to invest heavily in developing their IT portfolios, and revenue from IT services is forming a growing share of business services revenue. However, there is also a growing counter-trend of operators splitting off some of their IT divisions.
