AI solution providers should enhance their services portfolios to support enterprises with operationalising AI

Analysys Mason attended Rackspace Technology’s (Rackspace’s) Analyst Day 2024 in Boston, MA, USA in October 2024. Following the launch of Foundry for AI by Rackspace (FAIR) in 2022, Rackspace is adding AI solutions as an additional focus area of its portfolio alongside its public and private cloud solutions. Rackspace offers an extensive range of services designed to help enterprises accelerate the implementation of and maximise value from AI. Other AI solution providers should consider emulating aspects of Rackspace’s AI go-to-market strategy, in particular, by engaging more closely with enterprises via service-heavy partnerships.
