Telefónica Tech held its analyst day in November 2024, during which it emphasised its role as an engine for revenue growth. Indeed, Telefónica Tech is aiming to generate EUR3 billion revenue in 2026, roughly EUR1 billion more than in 2024. Group management also wants Telefónica Tech to contribute to free cash flow (FCF), which is becoming increasingly important to the company.
Telefónica Tech will need to perform a complex balancing act. It needs to continue to grow revenue rapidly but not so fast that it becomes difficult to manage.
