BEAD Program funding and awards tracker May 2026
The Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program is channelling federal funding to extend broadband to unserved and underserved locations across the USA. It is active in all 50 US states, the District of Columbia and the territories of American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Technologies covered include fibre, hybrid fibre-coaxial (HFC), licensed and unlicensed fixed-wireless access (FWA), low-Earth-orbit (LEO) satellite and mixed-technology deployments.
This tracker brings together state-by-state allocations, provider awards, technology choices and locations served under the BEAD Program. For each provider award, the tracker shows the award value (USD), technology, Broadband Serviceable Locations (BSLs) to be served, cost per BSL and final-proposal approval status.
Analysys Mason will monitor developments related to the BEAD Program and may update the tracker once buildouts are underway and the remaining provisional states have their funding approved.
