Communications service providers (CSPs) have been adopting low-code/no-code (LCNC) solutions in order to resolve skill shortages, both for software development and for data science (including artificial intelligent/machine learning (AI/ML)). However, LCNC development makes it harder for IT teams to oversee software development, and relying on untrained (citizen) developers to build applications can be risky.
Information included in this report:
- An analysis of how LCNC development can be beneficial for CSPs
- An analysis of the challenges associated with LCNC development and insights into how LCNC solution vendors can help CSPs overcome these challenges
- Insights on the requirements that CSPs have for LCNC solutions.
