Analysys Mason is pleased to host the International Institute of Communications (IIC) France Chapter meeting in Paris on Wednesday 3 June 2026.

This breakfast discussion will bring together regulators, policy makers, operators and industry stakeholders to explore the key pillars of the European Commission’s Digital Networks Act (DNA) and its implications for Europe’s digital infrastructure landscape.

The discussion will examine:

  • the evolution of the European Single Market and telecoms authorisation frameworks 
  • the convergence of telecoms, cloud and data centre ecosystems 
  • resilience and strategic dependencies across critical digital infrastructure 
  • governance and regulatory co-ordination involving BEREC and the RSPG, as well as national regulators such as Arcep.
